To get goggles to wear you must first get to level 1-4 when you get there you will get a tank advance through the level until you see a helicopter. Destroy the helicopter without losing the tank and you will a here a horn which is a sign that means you got the goggles!

Unlocking Hats
Hats are normally discovered by destroying specific buildings. For example, you can discover a secret hat by destroying the Castle of Crap on level 1-3.
Freak attack
Jump over an enemy and press X over top of them. You will grab onto their head and ride them.
Bite off heads
While in freakout press square to bite off the head of the agent you are riding.
Pick up agent/Throw agent
While in freakout press triangle to pick up the agent you are riding and carry them. Then press square to toss them.
Hats
Hats are acquired sometimes by blowing up a certain building, or by beating a boss a certain way. You'll know you've unlocked a hat when you hear a foghorn sound.

This is not a cheat it is a hint when you are on the asylum mission and you have to get sharks dna go straight-out of the door and the dna sampler will start and when it has finished all you have to do is to get some drugs to knock him out and take him to the door where a cut scene will take place ending the mission the next mission is the embassy it is quite easy. How to Get to the Basement
In the casino level your asked to get to the basement go in the elevator back to the camera floor you will see a cart. Grab the cart and put it by the broken elevator. Walk into it and she'll get on. Then it will say grab on do it. Then you will be on the other side.
Clothing
You will need to pick the right clothing for the right job within this game. For example when Sydney enters the freezer to retrieve the disc she is in the skimpy waitress clothing. A few seconds in the freezer and she becomes sluggish and slow. You need to change her costume before entering the freezer.
Fighting
Weapons can be anything from pool cues, to glass bottles, to knives, to guns, to metal poles. You can find them anywhere and if one is within arm's reach you will see the message "Pick Up Weapon". Holding the action button (normal attack or special attack) will perform different moves with different weapons.

How to get out of the science lab in Asylum
Ok, after you hide from sarc in that huge black box a short movie will come on. When that's finished you have to kill the 2 thugs/doctors that are working on their patient. After you kill the two doctors, deactivate the laser and use your lock pick to unlock the straps which are pinning Jacobs to the board. After you do that you will here message, the computer guy or another guy will say to you that there is TONS! of security in front of the lab and you'll have to find another way. Directly in front of the laser about 4 steps away is a garage looking door. Above it is a security lock system thingy. Stand next to the laser and, USE should come up. Press circle and you can use it. Aim it at the security thingamabob and the garage gate will open. There will be another security thing that you have to shoot too, but this time it will be next to a little window with a syell door covering it. You have to use your aiming skills and try and shoot it after that jump through the little window and you will be out of the lab, therefore the guards will not KILL YOU!
More Stamina
If at anytime you are low in stamina in your life bar, just go somewhere where you can wait undetected and you'll gradually build more stamina.
Hint for night club level
When you are in the changing room and Sydney grabs the keycard and the doors look and vx gas is released. Just grab the guitar and run to do the door and keep hitting it. It will eventually fall down.
Body Temp. Zero
After the 10 second rooftop getaway, kill or knock out the guard with the gun then shot the coolunt pipe with the gun or hit it whatever, then you can pass all the laser beams in the hall.
