That the steering wheel is then just launch off the edge into the water. The camera will follow the skates and they'll fly up like rockets and then splash back down into he water!
Movie Lot & Civic Center Fun Stuff
MOVIE LOT: First go to the tree across the ravine from the cemetery. There is a goal (blades on top of a grave), press O there. Do that goal. Then the tree grows really big. Then go on top of the wooden thing next to it. Then if u look you see a branch connected to the edge; grind that branch the whole way and jump on the cliff. Then u have to grind the edge around the huge rock. Finally, go in the mini-pool, jump up, then grind the chains and hit the rock grinding, and see what happens!
CIVIC CENTER: First check the bridges across the streets. One of them has a goal on them (press 0). It will tell u to wall ride the broken statue right next to u. Do so, and then a semi leaves behind a ramp. Go there, get a bunch of air and jump off to the right of the ramp and you'll be at a new ramp (a lot of mini-spines). Get speed and jump up the ramp u came up on, hand plant the rail in the air, jump up, grind the whole length of the rail, and light some fireworks!
